We're partnering with a large organisation undergoing a complex Oracle Fusion ERP transformation programme that is under delivery pressure. Senior stakeholders are misaligned, key design decisions are outstanding, and multiple workstreams are being impacted by uncertainty in ERP direction.
We're seeking a senior Oracle Fusion ERP Architect to stabilise and lead ERP design across the programme, with a primary focus on Supply Chain and strong working knowledge of Finance and Projects. This is a hands-on, design-led role requiring strong stakeholder influence and the ability to take high-impact decisions to SteerCo. This is not a 'target architecture only' role.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and own critical Oracle Fusion ERP design decisions across the programme
- Define whether to implement new modules, configure existing ones, or consciously accept functional gaps
- Balance system cost, delivery risk, and business change impact
- Translate ambiguous requirements into clear, SteerCo-ready design options
- Align senior stakeholders across supply chain, finance, projects, and operations
- Manage conflicting priorities between cost, strategy, and operational reality
- Prepare stakeholders ahead of SteerCo to ensure decisions are supported
- Establish design governance, clarity, and visibility across ERP decisions
- Ensure designs are reviewable, defensible, and clearly documented
Required Skills & Experience:
- Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain (Inventory & Order Management)
- Strong understanding of downstream operational and depot impacts
- Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials (GL structure, cash flow visibility)
- Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Projects (WIP, project-led accounting)
- Proven experience delivering within high-pressure transformation programmes
- Comfortable owning decisions and operating at SteerCo level
