The Role
We’re looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to help design, build, and deliver AI-powered automation for our customers. You’ll collaborate directly with users to understand their workflows, prototype intelligent “Virtual Agents,” and scale these into production systems.
You’ll work across the full stack — from ML pipelines to deployment — ensuring our solutions are fast, reliable, and impactful.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement AI systems that automate customer workflows
- Contribute to the Virtual Agent development platform
- Integrate and optimise ML models in production
- Drive reliability, observability, and performance across AI services
