A brand new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a C++ Software Engineering Manager with extensive knowledge of C++ to join a market leading financial services company based from their Old Street, London office. Please note you will be expected to go to the office 4 days per week.

The C++ Software Engineering Manager will take lead and mentor a team of 5 developers and QA professionals while also being able to be hands-on when called upon. This is an excellent opportunity for a C++ Software Engineering Manager who is looking to work for a fast growing organisation where you will be a key figure within the SDLC and the continued growth of the company.

If you are currently a Software Engineering Manager who leads a team of software engineers and has a passion to steer projects then this would be perfect for you. The ideal candidate will have a great personality and the capabilities to get the most out of their team while being able to build strong relationships across the business.

This is an initial 12 month fixed-term contract with a view to extend.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of 5 developers and QA professionals and be hands-on when required.
  • Take lead and mentor within the SDLC and contribute to the continued growth of the company.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in software development
  • The ability to lead a large Software Engineering team
  • Experience of C++
