I'm working with a charity organisation that is looking to hire a Salesforce Business Analyst to support an ongoing Salesforce CRM migration and wider technology transformation programme. The Salesforce Business Analyst will:
- Support the project team with day-to-day delivery activities
- Gather and document business requirements
- Coordinate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder communications
- Take ownership of RAID logs and action tracking
- Work closely with internal and external Salesforce administrators
- Support Agile delivery processes and project coordination
- Help bridge the gap between business users and technical teams
Required experience:
- Previous experience in a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or Junior PM/BA role
- Experience working with Salesforce / CRM platforms
- Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing RAID logs, actions, and project documentation
