We're supporting an organisation looking for an experienced Interim Head of Clinical Data to lead an established team within an NHS-focused environment. This role will combine strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of clinical and operational data initiatives, ensuring the function continues to deliver high-quality insight, reporting, and digital capability.
The successful candidate will bring strong technical credibility alongside experience working within NHS environments and an understanding of how healthcare data systems and operational services function. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders and existing team members to support both ongoing delivery and longer-term development of the function.
This role requires someone collaborative, pragmatic, and experienced - someone who can come into an established environment, listen first, understand how the team operates, and provide clear leadership moving forward. Strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to work effectively across clinical, operational, and technical teams will be essential.
