Are you an experienced Product leader looking for the opportunity to shape the future of an established Saa S platform?
We're partnering with a growing software business that is investing heavily in Product, UX, and AI as it enters its next phase of growth.
This pivotal leadership role will define product strategy, build and develop a high-performing Product function, and work closely with Engineering and senior leadership to deliver products that solve real customer problems.
What you'll be doing
- Define and execute a multi-year product strategy across a portfolio of Saa S products.
- Lead and mentor Product Managers, Product Owners, and User Research & Design teams.
- Drive customer-led product discovery through research, experimentation, and data.
- Own product roadmaps, prioritisation, and portfolio governance.
- Partner with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to deliver commercial success.
- Champion the responsible adoption of AI to enhance customer workflows.
What we're looking for
- Significant experience leading Product Management within a B2B Saa S environment.
- A proven track record of building product strategy and leading high-performing Product teams.
- Strong commercial awareness and exceptional stakeholder management.
- Experience working closely with Agile software engineering teams.
