✨Know Your Salesforce Inside Out

Make sure you brush up on your Salesforce knowledge before the interview. Understand the key features and functionalities of the platform, especially those relevant to CRM migration. Being able to discuss specific examples of how you've used Salesforce in past roles will show that you're not just familiar with it, but that you can leverage it effectively.

✨Show Off Your Stakeholder Management Skills

Prepare to discuss your experience in coordinating with various stakeholders. Think of specific instances where you successfully managed communications or facilitated workshops. This will demonstrate your ability to bridge the gap between business users and technical teams, which is crucial for this role.

Since the role involves working in Agile environments, be ready to talk about your experience with Agile methodologies. Share examples of how you've contributed to Agile processes in previous roles, whether it's through sprint planning, daily stand-ups, or retrospectives. This will highlight your proactive attitude and ability to work independently.

✨Prepare Your RAID Logs

Familiarise yourself with RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and be prepared to discuss how you've managed these in past projects. Bring examples of how you tracked actions and resolved issues, as this will showcase your organisational skills and attention to detail, both of which are essential for the role.
