We're looking for an experienced AI Adoption Lead to support the implementation and rollout of a new AI tool across a large organisation. This is a hands-on role where you will lead the people and change side of the implementation, helping the organisation build trust in the technology, prepare users for new ways of working and drive adoption across a diverse mix of employees, volunteers and local leadership teams.

The role will cover two key phases:

  • Developing the strategic narrative, responsible AI messaging and adoption roadmap;
  • Leading the initial rollout through communications, readiness materials, training, workflow integration and adoption tracking.

You will help build trust in the technology, address concerns around privacy, accuracy and bias, and ensure users adopt AI responsibly while maintaining human oversight.

As an AI Adoption Lead, you will bring:

  • Hands-on experience leading the implementation and adoption of AI or GenAI tools
  • Strong change management and behavioural adoption experience
  • Experience developing communications, training and rollout materials
  • A practical understanding of responsible AI and human-in-the-loop working
  • Experience engaging senior leaders and frontline users
