A next-gen insights and analytics consultancy is on the lookout for a Lead Data Engineer to join their team.

What you\’ll be doing:

You\’ll spearhead our data engineering initiatives, architecting and implementing scalable data solutions that power their analytical and operational capabilities. Leading a team of talented engineers and scientists, you\’ll design data pipelines, optimize our data warehouse, and establish best practices for data quality and governance.

What we\’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering
  • Deep expertise in building and maintaining large-scale data pipelines and ETL processes
  • Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and experience with modern data tools (Spark, Airflow, dbt)
  • Experience using Databricks, Azure, AWS, and Snowflake
  • Track record of leading technical teams and mentoring junior engineers
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
