Salary: Up to £100,000

Contract: 12-month FTC
I’m currently working with a fast-paced, renowned organisation undergoing major IT and business transformation to hire an experienced IT Programme Manager to lead complex integration and consolidation programmes across multiple technology and business workstreams.
This role will play a pivotal part in bringing systems, processes, and teams together. The successful Programme Manager will come in and establish structure quickly, build trust with senior stakeholders, and drive success across multiple workstreams.
Skills & Experience Required of the It Programme Manager:
• Proven experience as a senior Programme Manager
• Track record of setting up and structuring programmes from scratch
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills — comfortable with senior and challenging audiences
• Experience delivering IT integration or consolidation programmes (e.g. post-acquisition, multi-tenant environments)
• Confident operating across M365, ERP, CRM, and infrastructure programmes
• Pragmatic, delivery-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-moving, complex landscape
• Understanding of change management and benefits realisation
