I'm currently working with a well-established UK organisation that is looking to appoint a Head of Digital & Data to lead its digital transformation agenda and help shape how technology, data and innovation support the organisation's long-term strategic objectives. This is a newly enhanced leadership position that sits at the heart of an ambitious transformation programme. The organisation is looking to make greater use of digital capabilities, data-driven decision making, automation and AI to improve engagement, operational effectiveness and organisational performance.
Working closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the business, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering the organisation's data strategy whilst leading a team focused on innovation, organisational change and digital maturity.
