We're looking for a
Growth Engineer to join one of London's most exciting AI startups.
This isn't a traditional software engineering role. You won't be building customer-facing features.
Instead, you'll build the systems that power how the business grows.
Think AI agents. Internal products. Workflow automation. Data pipelines. Commercial intelligence. LLM-powered tooling. Everything that helps a startup scale faster.
You'll work directly with the founders, identifying manual processes across sales, marketing and operations before replacing them with intelligent systems that save hours every week.

- What you'll be building
- AI agents using Claude and modern LLM tooling
- Python services and internal applications

You’ll own projects from idea to production and have the freedom to experiment, iterate quickly and ship.
- You'll probably have
- 2-5 years of software engineering experience
- Strong Python, Type Script or similar
- Experience building with APIs
- SQL and data skills
- Experience using LLMs beyond prompting
- A passion for automation and AI
- A builder's mindset—you'd rather ship than spend weeks planning
Experience with tools such as Claude, Clay, Apollo, Hub Spot, Salesforce, MCP, agent frameworks or workflow automation is a big plus but not essential.
