What you'll be doing:
- Lead and mentor a team of 7 full-stack engineers
- Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating agile ceremonies and removing obstacles
- Collaborate with Product to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Code hands-on for complex challenges when needed
- Make architectural decisions that align with business goals
- Champion quality, security, and operational excellence
- Balance immediate delivery with long-term technical vision
What you'll bring:
- 7+ years in software development with 2-3 years in technical leadership
- Strong Python and modern frontend framework (React) experience
- Experience leading agile teams as a Scrum Master
- Solid database (PostgreSQL) and AWS knowledge
- Proven ability to balance coding with leadership responsibilities
- Strong communication skills and product-focused mindset
- Financial or real estate domain experience
What we offer:
- Salary of £100,000 - £130,000 dependent on experience
