How to prepare for a job interview at Understanding Recruitment

✨Know Your Salesforce Inside Out

Make sure you brush up on your Salesforce knowledge before the interview. Understand the key features, benefits, and common challenges of the platform. Being able to discuss specific Salesforce projects you've managed will show that you're not just familiar with the tool, but that you can leverage it effectively.

✨Showcase Your Project Management Skills

Prepare to discuss your project management experience in detail. Be ready to share examples of how you've led teams, managed timelines, and navigated challenges. Use the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to structure your responses and highlight your successes.

✨Understand the Charity Sector

Since this role is with a charity organisation, it's crucial to demonstrate your understanding of the not-for-profit sector. Research the organisation's mission and values, and think about how your skills can help them achieve their goals. This will show your genuine interest in the role and the impact of your work.

✨Prepare Questions for Them

Interviews are a two-way street, so come prepared with thoughtful questions. Ask about their current CRM challenges, team dynamics, or how they measure success in their projects. This not only shows your enthusiasm but also helps you gauge if the organisation is the right fit for you.
