CTO (Hands on) – AI | London (Hybrid)

We’re hiring a CTO (Hands on) to lead and scale the technical team at a fast-growing AI startup that’s transforming real estate investment. Their cloud-native SaaS platform blends street-level data, financial modelling, and machine learning to provide investors with smarter, data-driven insights.

With a fresh funding round about to be announced, the team (currently 20) is gearing up for an ambitious growth phase and major product expansion.

As Head of Engineering, you’ll set the technical direction, manage and grow the engineering function, and work closely with product and data teams to deliver high-impact features. You’ll also stay hands-on where needed to support architecture decisions and ensure scalability.

What we're looking for:

• Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (ideally AWS)
• Proficient in Python
• Exposure to ML-driven systems
• Track record of scaling teams and systems in high-growth environments
