I'm currently working with a national charity looking to hire a Senior Insights Analyst to join their growing Data & Insights function and play a key role in helping the organisation become increasingly data-driven.
This role will sit within a highly collaborative Data & Insights team, delivering reporting, analysis and actionable insights to stakeholders across fundraising, communications, operations and senior leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing impactful reporting solutions, generating meaningful insights from complex datasets and supporting strategic decision-making across the organisation.
The role would suit an experienced Insights Analyst, Senior Data Analyst, BI Analyst or Reporting Analyst who combines strong stakeholder management skills with a solid understanding of reporting, dashboard development, data analysis and insight generation.
The Senior Insights Analyst will:
- Design, develop and continually improve Power BI reports and dashboards, ensuring data is presented in a compelling and accessible way
- Deliver reporting, analysis and insights to support decision-making across the organisation
- Work closely with Fundraising, Communications & Engagement teams to support campaign targeting, audience segmentation and post-campaign analysis
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation, helping to embed a data-driven culture and improve data literacy
- Produce reporting and metrics to assess organisational performance and strategic objectives
- Undertake complex ad-hoc analysis, identifying trends, opportunities and actionable insights
- Support the development of reporting and insights across operational teams including Veterinary, Rehoming, Fostering and Behaviour Services
