An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Scrum Master to join a leading charity who work fully remote from anywhere in the UK. The successful Scrum Master must have experience of SCRUM, Kanban and Agile product delivery in order to support the organisation as they embark on their Agile journey. It is also important you have experience of product and project development within Agile ways of working.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Scrum Master looking to progress their career at a fantastic organisation who encourage flexible working and working from home. You will be responsible for the development of Agile working, while having the opportunity to really make your mark on a brilliant organisation. You will get to work with stakeholders across the business, so it is essential to be a confident communicator.
Skills required for the Scrum Master:- Strong & proven Agile Delivery experience
- Experience of the SDLC
- Strong understanding of SCRUM and Kanban
- Experience of implementing Agile Product delivery
- Confident communicator who is able to deal with a wide range of stakeholders
Location: Remote – United Kingdom
Salary: £45,000 + Benefits (This position is an initial 12 month FTC)
