I'm partnered with a leading charity hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst to play a key role in enhancing their data capabilities and supporting their ambitious engagement and fundraising strategy.
You will be responsible for delivering advanced, accurate, and timely data segments and selections, and providing high-quality analysis to support marketing, engagement, and fundraising initiatives. You will develop and optimise data segmentation, build insightful dashboards and reports, and ensure data-driven insights are readily available to inform decision-making and improve supporter engagement.
You will also contribute to continuous improvement of data processes, work closely with teams across the organisation, and help to foster a culture of data excellence.
Skills and experience required for the Business Intelligence Analyst:
- Strong experience in data analysis, segmentation, and selections
- Experience with CRM systems and data tools (ideally Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI)
- Ability to create clear, insightful dashboards and reports
- Knowledge of advanced analytical techniques such as predictive analytics or propensity modelling
- Experience with Fast Stats
- Confident communicator who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment
