We’re looking for a strategic Head of Data & Insight to join a major UK charity and lead a talented team through a period of transformation, restructuring, and digital innovation. You’ll shape customer engagement strategies, optimise supporter journeys, and ensure data drives measurable impact across multiple channels, helping the organisation achieve its ambitious goals.

What we’re looking for:

• Leadership experience in data, insight, or analytics teams
• Proven experience in customer journey mapping and digital engagement
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Knowledge of data structures, databases, and analytics (experience with email marketing platforms a plus)
• £64k–£67k per year (flexible for exceptional candidates)
• Hybrid working – mostly remote, with occasional London office attendance
• Collaborative, supportive environment with room to grow
