I'm partnered with a forward thinking and well known UK charity who are hiring for a Digital Product Specialist to join the team on a permanent basis. This person will join the digital team and work alongside the product managers to optimise the organisation's website, fundraising platforms, learning management system and other digital products.
Strong knowledge of website management and an understanding of product management will be needed for this role. Undertaking SEO & accessibility audits, the Digital Product Specialist will coordinate sprints with the external digital agency, raise tickets using Jira, conduct User Acceptance Testing and drive process improvements across the digital products.
Skills required for the Digital Product Specialist are:
- Umbraco or similar CMS experience
- Experience working in a similar digital product focused role
- Previously charity experience would be a bonus
- Knowledge of SEO, digital accessibility
- Good communication skills and a self-starter
