I'm working with a not for profit organisation looking for a people-focused digital transformation professional to join as Digital Transformation Lead supporting the Head of Digital and helping to deliver the organisation’s technical roadmap. The Digital Transformation Lead will play a key role in delivering digital change across the organisation, working closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. The role will suit someone with experience across digital delivery, digital platforms, BA work and organisational change, who enjoys working in a collaborative, values-led environment. Strong communication skills are essential, as the role will involve building relationships across the business and translating digital concepts into clear, practical outcomes. Experience working in membership, charity, or not-for-profit organisations is beneficial but not essential.
