Data Officer (Dynamics)

Join a major London-based charity as our new Data Officer, playing a crucial role in helping us deliver life-changing support to the communities we serve. As part of a growing data and digital function, you’ll be at the centre of how we collect, manage and use information to drive smarter decisions across the organisation.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring high-quality data within Microsoft Dynamics, supporting teams with dashboards, reports and system processes that keep everything running smoothly. From troubleshooting issues to optimising data flows, you’ll help shape how we work and directly influence our impact.

Working closely with stakeholders across multiple departments, you’ll translate data needs into practical solutions while championing best practice. This is a collaborative, fast-paced role where your work will enable better services, better insights and better outcomes for the people we support.

Key Skills

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics
• Excellent data quality, reporting and analysis skills
• Ability to support and train non-technical users
• Strong problem-solving and process improvement mindset

Contract: Permanent

Location: London (Hybrid – 2 days per week on-site)

Salary: £33,000–£35,000
