This role supports an organization dedicated to improving lives and making a real impact in the community. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data used in marketing campaigns, working in a dynamic and collaborative charity environment.

As a Data Officer, you will be responsible for managing, importing, and cleansing data to support fundraising and marketing activities. You will ensure data accuracy, resolve issues, and provide guidance on data segmentation while ensuring compliance with data protection regulations like GDPR.

Collaboration is key as you work closely with teams across the charity to meet their data requirements and deliver excellent service. You’ll help improve data processes, ensuring that data is up-to-date, accurate, and used effectively to support the charity’s mission.

Skills required for a Data Officer include:

  • Experience in data querying and manipulation (SQL knowledge is desirable)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with CRM systems (Blackbaud CRM is a plus)
  • Excellent attention to detail and high standard of numeracy
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with various stakeholders

Location: Dual Location – London office and home

12 Month FTC
