Understanding Recruitment is assisting a charity in their search for a CRM and Insights Officer to cover a 12-month maternity leave. This role offers the opportunity to manage their customer relationship management (CRM) system and derive key insights to support the charity's activities.

As CRM and Insights Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Management of the CRM database
  • Execution of email marketing campaigns
  • Reporting on data from various platforms

You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective CRM utilisation and insightful reporting.

Requirements:

  • Experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns and CRM databases
