Application Support Analyst (People Systems) 9 Month FTC
A great opportunity for an Application Support Analyst to join a major people systems transformation, supporting the implementation, migration and transition to a new platform.
You’ll work across project delivery and BAU application support, helping with data migration, configuration, testing, supplier engagement and the ongoing management of key business systems. The role would suit someone who is hands‑on, comfortable working across technical and non-technical teams, and used to taking ownership of application issues and improvements.
You don’t need to be a pure HR systems specialist, but experience with people, payroll or workforce platforms would be a real advantage. The key is having solid application support experience with enough exposure to system change, migration and data to hit the ground running.
- Business application / support experience
- Data migration, cleansing and validation
- System configuration, testing and UAT
- Supplier, licence and application lifecycle management
