Data Officer We are looking for an experienced Data Officer to manage data selections for direct marketing campaigns via email, mail, and telephone. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various departments in the Supporter Engagement Team, ensuring data requirements are met efficiently. The successful candidate should have experience in data import processes for both offline and online income streams, ensuring prompt and accurate data imports. They should be capable of identifying and resolving any anomalies, and knowledge of creating import profiles would be beneficial. This role also involves managing the Data, Technology, and Insight help desk, providing first-level support, and assisting with reconciliation between CRM and Financial systems. Working closely with the CRM & Data Manager, this position offers an exciting opportunity to enhance segmentation strategies and contribute to successful campaigns.
