The Role: We’re seeking a part-time Product Owner and execution master to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in enhancing our product offerings for universities and their students. This is a part-time position requiring two days a week, Monday and Tuesday. You’ll collaborate closely with our technical team to streamline product development, improve processes, and ensure we deliver exceptional value to our users. Your role will be responsible for ensuring that our users love our product, are highly engaged, and it delivers what they need to be successful in developing their freelance skills and building their business. This role is perfect for a proactive, results-driven individual with a strong background in SaaS product management. You’ll be at the forefront of our tech stack, working hand-in-hand with our development team to turn ideas into intuitive, user-friendly software. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the development team to prioritize features and improvements Act as a bridge between stakeholders (universities, students, and internal teams) to align product goals with user needs Manage and optimize our Jira workflows to ensure efficient project delivery Conduct user interviews to gather insights and identify pain points Help define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features Handle reporting of user data to the senior team and to our partners Reporting directly to the CTO Requirements: Proven experience as a Product Owner OR Manager in a SaaS environment (At least 2-3 years) Strong familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools Excellent communication and collaboration skills A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting Pay and Benefits: £35,000 per annum (pro-rated for part-time) Flexible working hours to suit your schedule.
