Overseeing the construction activities and progress, planning, implementation and monitoring work schedules in accordance to the master and detailed work programme.

Liaise with Professional Engineer on the Temporary works. Liaise with consultants (QPS) for technical issues and coordinate site activities with subcontractors.

Handling of technical and engineering problems. Provide guidance to supervisors in relation to construction works, ensure progress according to schedule, quality standards are maintained, site inspections are carried out and technical issues are resolved on time.

Prepare report and method statement for site activity. Manage and control workers and monitor their work closely to keep the site safer and neat. Supervise ongoing site activities closely.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years relevant experience in construction projects.
  • BCSS certificate.
  • May be required to work overtime when necessary.
