When site teams know the plan, materials and labour are lined up properly customers feel informed and looked after and when decisions are made early, not passed around. That’s how this business works. They deliver residential kitchen and bathroom renovation projects across the South Coast, covering Southampton, Eastleigh and Winchester. The work is end to end, from initial planning through to installation and completion. They have a strong focus on quality, organisation and customer experience.

Who You Are

  • You’ve worked in residential construction or domestic renovation and understand the realities of working in occupied homes.
  • You may have started out on the tools and moved into managing people and projects, giving you the confidence to make sensible decisions on site.
  • You’re comfortable juggling multiple projects and priorities without losing control or clarity.
  • You communicate clearly with trades, suppliers and homeowners even when conversations are difficult.
  • You approach problems with a solutions mindset, focusing on what needs to happen next rather than what’s gone wrong.
  • You take ownership of your work and don’t shy away from responsibility when things need fixing.
  • You care about quality, specification and finish, and you don’t cut corners to get there faster.

The role

  • Oversee the delivery of multiple kitchen and bathroom renovation projects across Southampton, Eastleigh and Winchester.
  • Plan and coordinate programmes, labour, materials and access alongside the senior team.
  • Support and manage site teams, ensuring installations are delivered to a high standard.
