What youāll be doing
- Price projects from drawings, specifications and client information.
- Produce clear scopes, inclusions, exclusions and assumptions.
- Build structured trade packages that reflect realāworld construction.
- Review architectural, structural and consultant information for completeness and buildability.
- Identify risks, gaps and clashes early and drive their resolution.
- Use Bluebeam, SketchUp or similar tools to clarify technical details.
- Contribute to early programme logic and sequencing.
- Work closely with the Project Manager to senseācheck buildability before handover.
- Ensure delivery teams begin with clear, usable information.
