The Role
- Review drawings, specs and tender documents and spot what’s missing early
- Prepare clear, accurate pricing and professional proposals
- Issue and chase RFIs
- Gather supplier and subcontractor quotes and compare options
- Hold clean pre-start handovers so delivery begins on solid ground
- Log key assumptions and risks for the team
- Use Procore properly for enquiries, tender tracking and reporting
- Keep commercial documentation tidy and reliable
- Feed accurate information into variations, costings and financial applications
- Support decisions on which opportunities to prioritise
- Protect margin through negotiation and value engineering
- Help shape tender strategy through what you’re seeing day to day
- Join client or pre-tender meetings when your input is needed

About You
You’ve worked in the M&E industry and understand how the front end shapes the whole job. You’re commercially switched on, comfortable calling out the things that make all the difference and you like making things make sense before they reach site.
