All potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application.
There's a certain type of renovation job most tradespeople recognise.
The plans change halfway through and you spend more time working around problems than actually getting the job done.
Sound familiar? Well our client works differently!
The projects are full kitchen and bathroom refurbishments across Southampton, Eastleigh and Winchester in private domestic properties. The plumbing naturally sits at the centre of the work, but the role involves seeing the whole installation through rather than just doing one small piece of it and moving on. You'll be working on private domestic renovations where the job starts with a rip-out and ends with a finished space the customer can actually use (and is happy with!).
At the end of the project, you can step back and feel proud of what's been built. The team values straightforward professionalism. Turning up when you say you will, working neatly in people's homes and taking pride in the finished job are simply part of how things are done here.
The people organising the work understand the trade, so expectations are realistic and the focus is always on doing the job properly.
