The work is consistent and properly planned. They usually run around 4–5 projects a month, which means you're not constantly being dragged from site to site trying to finish three jobs at once. You can actually focus on doing the job properly. Every project is a full renovation, so you'll be part of a team of trades working together to deliver a finished kitchen or bathroom the customer is genuinely happy with. Get your hands on tiling the walls and floors of kitchens and bathrooms, creating beautiful spaces where people love to be Masterfully handle large format tiles, lay down stunning herringbone patterns, and transform wet rooms into functional art Ensure every tile is laid with precision, leaving behind a finish that's clean, straight, and makes you want to show it off Chat with customers on-site, keeping it professional while bringing your personality to the table Take charge of your own areas while seamlessly coordinating with other trades to keep the job running smoothly Got around 5+ years of tiling experience in the residential space?
