Role Overview
Using cutting edge auction tech, you’ll take charge of securing sellers, valuing their properties and getting them listed swiftly. On auction days you will work closely with the negotiation team to sell properties over the phone while the online auction is taking place.
Key Responsibilities
- Work from our Birmingham office, collaborating closely with the Auction Negotiators.
- Conduct property valuations and provide advice on auction prices and market trends.
- Build and manage relationships with property owners, advising them on the benefits of auctioning their properties.
- Secure property listings by handling inbound calls and advising property owners about auctioning their properties.
- Occasionally interact with third parties such as agents or solicitors.
- Maintain CRM system with updated property details and relevant documentation.
Candidate Requirements
- Ideally, experience in property valuation for auction or sale. Alternatively, strong sales experience with a willingness to be taught property valuation in the UK.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on property.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive mindset with a focus on delivering results and exceeding expectations.
Core Requirements
- Must be based in Birmingham and able to work from our office.
- Knowledge of the property auction process is desirable, but training will be provided.
