Role Summary

As a Supervisor, you will coach teammates, support daily operations, and drive results.

You will work under the Assistant Store Manager and help maintain merchandising standards and a high‑performance culture.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze daily sales trends and make real‑time strategic decisions.
  • Analyze merchandise reports and direct merchandising moves to maximize presentation.
  • Understand loss prevention standards and monitor store audit compliance.
  • Lead or rotate ownership of key areas such as Talent, Visuals, and Operations to gain experience across the business.
  • Provide customers with detailed information about a wide selection of products.
  • Communicate accidents or injuries immediately to store leadership.
  • Communicate clear priorities, sales and KPI targets to sales teammates to achieve targets.
  • Support store and regional leadership teams and local HR during onboarding and continuous training.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • At least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Fluency in the local language required; basic English is a plus.
  • Full‑time availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Comfortable with or willing to learn technology such as hand‑held and mobile devices.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to stand, lift, walk, bend and lift cartons up to 25 lb/12 kg during each shift.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and compliance with federal, state and local requirements.
  • Advanced selling experience and comprehensive industry understanding.
