The Role
We’re looking for a proactive, highly organised Production Assistant to support our fast-paced video shoots and creative projects. This role is integral to-ensuring smooth production workflows from pre-production to post, and offers the opportunity to get hands-on across all areas of production. You’ll be coordinating logistics, assisting on set, managing admin, and working closely with our creative team to help bring ideas to life.
Responsibilities
Support pre-production planning: book location, secure permits, order props, liaise with talent and crew.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop PPM decks and help shape the vision.
Assist with on-set operations: handle call sheets, schedules, transport logistics, and crew coordination.
Manage production documentation: organise risk assessments, release forms, and track budget allocations.
Pack, transport, and set up production gear and materials.
Maintain clear communication between departments to ensure timely and efficient shoot days.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a similar role
Understanding of video production workflows and on-set etiquette
Confident using Google Sheets and Google Slides
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask under pressure
Familiarity with social media platforms and content formats
UK driving licence
Desirable:
Basic knowledge of Adobe editing software (Premier Pro, Photoshop, After Effects)
Interest in shooting and editing content
Experience working in branded content or short-form social media productions]
