The Role:

We’re looking for a junior to mid-weight creative who is passionate about and immersed in the world of organic social. Experienced in ideating, capturing and cultivating content designed to generate views at scale across social platforms. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of achieving thousands - even millions - of views and tidal waves of positive engagements via a thorough understanding of online culture and social audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Ideating organic social content concepts across multiple partner brands
  • Formulating ideas and content strategies into client ready decks
  • Present creative work to clients and all agency groups in a clear and compelling way
  • Capturing & editing organic content
  • Translating wider campaign concepts and product messaging into organic social ideas
  • Assisting in community management to maximise content engagement
  • Constantly researching & reviewing the social trends and cultural shifts to ensure Uncovered stays at the forefront of social culture

Qualifications:

  • Experience in organic social ideation, capture and editing within an agency, publisher and/or as a creator
  • Experience in a fast-paced, quick turnaround environment
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven track record delivering creatively and commercially successful projects
  • Interest in youth culture, pop cultures and social good
  • Ability to design pitch presentations in Keynote, PowerPoint, Google slides etc.
