About Uncovered
Uncovered is a London based social first creative agency founded in 2017.
Social sits at the heart of everything that we do.
From strategy to production, our team is fluent in social language with a deep understanding of the online audience. Working with a diverse set of brands to understand their distinct identity and objectives, we apply social-first fundamentals for success: real world, real people, video-first.
We create at the speed of social; strategising, ideating, designing, and producing through our team of in-house strategists, creatives, art directors, copywriters, producers, editors, and videographers. We test, learn, and iterate in real time, delivering end-to-end solutions from creative strategy, through to reporting and analytics.
Our Uncovered office is a home to learn, grow and make a difference.
The Role:
We’re looking for an Organic Creative Lead to own and elevate the creative vision for organic social content across a range of our clients. You’ll lead the ideation and development of best-in-class content that cuts through and drives real cultural engagement — backed by a deep, instinctive understanding of what performs on social.
You’ll shape the content strategies, guide junior creatives, and work closely with clients to bring bold organic ideas to life. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives and breathes culture, and who knows how to turn insight and instinct into shareable, scroll-stopping social content.
Responsibilities:
Key elements of the role include:
- Lead the creative development of organic-first content strategies across multiple brands — from concept to execution.
- Translate campaign messaging into organic content ideas that align with platform behaviours, creator trends, and brand objectives.
- Pitch and present creative ideas clearly and confidently to clients and internal teams.
- Capture and oversee the creation of organic content, collaborating with other teams.
- Mentor Organic Creative Producers, offering guidance and support to ensure quality and consistency across all organic output.
- Stay ahead of cultural trends, social shifts, and platform updates — ensuring our work leads, not follows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to maximise reach and impact.
- Support community engagement efforts, helping shape reactive and conversational content that extends the life and impact of every post.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience in organic social ideation, capture and editing within an agency, publisher and/or as a creator
- A proven track record of creating social-first content that drives engagement, views, and cultural traction.
- Confident presenting to clients and stakeholders, with the ability to explain the creative and strategic rationale.
- Ability to lead projects in a fast-paced, high-output environment, juggling multiple deadlines with ease.
- Deep interest in youth and internet culture, with a sharp eye for trends, creators, and platform behaviour.
- Skilled in building pitch decks and visualising ideas using Keynote, PowerPoint, Google Slides, etc.
- A collaborative, solution-oriented mindset, with a hands-on approach to creative leadership.
Benefits:
- Hybrid and Flexible working (Monday & Friday work from home)
- Free Breakfast, Snacks & Drinks
- Pension Scheme
- Friday 3pm Finish
- Cycle to Work Scheme
- SPILL Therapy Support
- Monthly Wellness Fund
- Eye Care Allowance
- £500 Referral Scheme
