Uncovered is a London based social first creative agency founded in 2017. From strategy to production, our team is fluent in social language with a deep understanding of the online audience. We work with a diverse set of brands to understand their distinct identity and objectives, applying social-first fundamentals for success: real world, real people, video-first.

We are looking for an Account Manager who lives and breathes social, loves building great client relationships, and gets excited by ideas that drive real impact. Working across some of the UK’s most iconic brands, you’ll be at the heart of delivering social-first campaigns. From always-on organic content, creator collaborations, and ambitious paid social campaigns, you’ll help keep projects moving, collaborate with clients, and drive best in class work.

You’ll work closely with our strategy, creative, creator, and media teams to bring ideas to life, ensuring campaigns are delivered smoothly, on time, and to a high standard. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing day-to-day relationships with clients across a portfolio of leading brands.
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of paid and organic social campaigns.
  • Keeping projects on track, from briefing through to launch and reporting.
  • Working closely with creative, strategy, and media teams to ensure brilliant execution.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, communicating with both the internal team and external clients and third-party partners.
  • Helping clients navigate the fast-moving world of social and identify new opportunities.
  • Monitoring campaign performance and contributing to reports, insights, and recommendations.
  • Bringing energy, organisation, and a positive attitude to every project.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of proven success in client management in social.
  • Familiarity with paid social performance metrics.
