About Uncovered

Uncovered is an award-winning, London-based social-first creative agency founded in 2017. Social sits at the heart of everything we do. From strategy to production, our team is fluent in the language of social, with a deep understanding of culture, platforms and the audiences that shape them. Working with a diverse portfolio of brands, we uncover what makes each one distinctive and create ideas built for where attention lives today. Our approach is rooted in social-first fundamentals: real people, real stories and video-first creativity. We create at the speed of social; strategising, ideating, designing and producing through our team of in-house strategists, creatives, art directors, copywriters, producers, editors and videographers. We test, learn and iterate in real time, delivering end-to-end solutions from creative strategy through to production, reporting and analytics.

Named Campaign's Social Media Agency of the Year in 2026, Uncovered has become one of the UK's fastest-growing creative agencies, driven by a simple ambition: to build the best social-first creative agency in the world. Today, as part of LBG Media, we combine independent creative thinking with unrivalled social insight and cultural influence to help brands create work that earns attention and drives meaningful impact.

Our culture is as important as our creative. We believe the best ideas come from diverse perspectives, collaborative thinking and an environment where people can do the best work of their careers. With women representing around 60% of our leadership team, we're committed to building an inclusive, ambitious culture where talent is nurtured, creativity thrives and everyone has the opportunity to make a difference.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, creativity and execution, ensuring Uncovered’s unique creator and influencer offering is not only distinctive and strategically aligned, but also underpinned by strong operational infrastructure.

You’ll be working closely with our Head of Strategy to deliver and scale this division within the agency, ensuring strong creator and influencer partnerships, building scalable processes for sourcing, briefing, negotiating and managing creators, and developing best in class ways of working and management to grow and nurture our creator team. This is a hands-on, senior management role, ideal for someone who has deep industry knowledge in the creator space and a genuine passion for creators and influencers and the value they bring to brands.

  • Work closely with Creative, Strategy, Production and Client Teams to ensure creators are integrated early and thoughtfully into campaign development.
  • Lead talent recommendations and strategy for key pitches, large-scale brand campaigns and always-on retained accounts.
  • Champion Uncovered’s creative fundamentals and how we apply them to creator partnerships.
  • Optimise and develop robust systems for tracking creator performance, commercial terms, compliance and output, using existing tools and platforms within the agency.
  • Act as a key internal voice of creator / talent culture, bringing regular insights, inspiration and innovation into the agency.
  • Line manage and mentor a growing team (5+).
  • Feed into hiring, team structure and training with support from Head of Strategy to ensure our Uncovered Influence division can scale effectively.
  • Have some understanding of paid media strategies and how these can be impactfully applied to creator workstreams to scale reach.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer marketing or talent management (agency, platform or brand side).
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end creator campaigns across a range of industries and budgets.
  • A deep understanding of the influencer/creator ecosystem, across platforms, tiers (micro to celebrity), and categories.
  • Hands on experience negotiating contracts, usage rights, exclusivity and partnership models.
  • Exceptional organisational and operational skills, with experience building or scaling team systems and processes.
  • Strategic mindset with a creative edge - you understand how creators fit into the big idea and the brand strategy.
  • Team leadership and line management experience.
