The Role
We’re looking for a Creative who can work in the creative team on concepting, pitching, developing & delivering campaigns across our platform partners. You will work closely with the internal production team to execute all projects in the time frame.
Responsibilities
- Taking briefs from the clients
- Organising meetings with clients
- Keep up to date with key platform trends
- Develop social first creative content in response to brand briefs
- Work with internal production team to create content
- Own creative responses to briefs, taking responsibility for the overall creative direction from concept through to delivery
- Working with the Creative Producer to build client decks featuring creative proposal for social content clearly laid out with reference videos, written explanation and guidance scripts
- Sign off creative decks and assets, ensuring work meets creative and platform standards
- Keep track of timelines for project progress, booking meetings with relevant stakeholders as well as liaise with clients via email regarding updates
- Source relevant creators for project creative routes
- Outreach to creators to assess capabilities for brand collaboration, negotiate contract terms and rates for project
- Assist creators with production process including product delivery
- Work with Creative Producer to produce final creative detail/PPM deck
- Run and lead shoots from a creative perspective, providing clear direction on set and ensuring creative vision is executed
- Assist Creative Producer/Production team on shoot support, including prop sourcing and on-site talent management
Skills
- A social native. You know the platforms, the trends & what’s next in the digital world
- A love of brands and an inherent interest in growing them on social
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to run multiple projects simultaneously
- 2–3+ years experience in a creative, social or production role (agency or brand side)
- A team player who is willing to pitch in wherever needed.
- You’re confident, vocal and professional, comfortable speaking to clients and attending shoots
- Confident owning projects independently and making creative decisions
