The Role: We are looking for a strategic and commercially-minded Business Director to join our management team. As one of Uncovered’s Business Directors, you will drive the strategic growth of key client partnerships, oversee a portfolio of work across teams, and lead commercial performance. You will play a critical role in shaping the direction of client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring excellence in delivery.
The ideal candidate will be a strong and empathetic leader with a commercial mindset, capable of inspiring high-performing teams, developing talent, and delivering work that meets both business and brand objectives.
