The Role
We’re looking for an Account Manager who lives and breathes social, loves building great client relationships, and gets excited by ideas that drive real impact. Working across some of the UK’s most iconic brands, you’ll be at the heart of delivering social-first campaigns. From always-on organic content, creator collaborations and ambitious paid social campaigns, you’ll help keep projects moving, collaborate with clients and drive best in class work. You’ll work closely with our strategy, creative, creator and media teams to bring ideas to life, ensuring campaigns are delivered smoothly, on time and to a high standard. Whether it’s managing timelines, coordinating stakeholders, spotting opportunities for growth, or helping shape campaign plans, you’ll play a key role in making great work happen.
Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day relationships with clients across a portfolio of leading brands.
- Supporting the planning and delivery of paid and organic social campaigns.
- Keeping projects on track, from briefing through to launch and reporting.
- Working closely with creative, strategy and media teams to ensure brilliant execution.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicating with both the internal team and external client and third-party partners.
- Helping clients navigate the fast-moving world of social and identify new opportunities.
- Monitoring campaign performance and contributing to reports, insights and recommendations.
- Managing budgets and timelines ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and against targets.
- Bringing energy, organisation and a positive attitude to every project.
Requirements
- ~3 years of proven success in client management in social.
- Familiarity with paid social performance metrics.
- Strong organisation, negotiation, presentation and communication skills.
