Relay is seeking a Site Manager to lead 50–100 frontline operatives in a high-volume, time-pressured hybrid sort centre. You will own shift plans, deployment, throughput, quality, and safety, reporting to the Site Manager/Head of Site and ensuring daily operations stay on track.
The role requires hands-on leadership on the floor, end-to-end oversight of handovers, fast decision-making during peaks, and the rollout of improvements and new tech with your team.
