Volta seeks a commercially minded Senior Manager to lead delivery on tax deals, structuring and modelling within its global tax function.

Reporting to the VP of Tax, you will own deal workstreams, build stress‑tested models and monitor governance, with scope for growth as Volta scales.

You will partner with Finance, Capital Markets and Legal, translating complex tax outcomes into cash flow, returns and capital efficiency for live transactions.
