In this Business Acceptance Analyst role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Conduct conflict checks for new clients, matters, and lateral hires across multiple jurisdictions.
- Analyse conflict search results and identify potential legal and commercial conflicts issues.
- Conduct client due diligence and AML checks for new and existing clients.
- Liaise closely with partners, legal teams, and senior members of the Risk & Compliance function regarding conflicts and AML queries and escalations.
