What impact you'll have

You’ll play a key role in how our portfolio of fast-growing technology businesses show up across the market, bringing consistency, quality and scalability to our brands and marketing. Working closely with the Global Marketing Director, you’ll translate brand and marketing strategy into high-quality execution across multiple businesses, markets and channels. You’ll work with senior leaders, product and engineering teams to understand complex technical propositions and turn them into clear, compelling customer-facing content and campaigns. This is a broad, highly hands-on role within a small global team. You’ll combine strategic thinking with execution, strengthening our brands, improving marketing workflows and delivering integrated campaigns across digital, web, social, content, PR and events.

What you'll do

  • Own brand development, execution and consistency across multiple businesses and international markets.
  • Plan and deliver integrated B2B campaigns across digital, web, social, content, PR, partner and event channels.
  • Translate complex technical information into compelling customer-facing content, including presentations, case studies, solution briefs, sales collateral and web content.
  • Partner with senior leaders, product and engineering teams on messaging, thought leadership, executive communications and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Manage websites, digital channels and international events, launches and partner activities.
  • Build scalable brand guidelines, templates, assets and workflows, using AI and automation to improve marketing efficiency and consistency.
  • Manage agencies and specialist partners while remaining hands-on and successfully balancing multiple campaigns, budgets, deadlines and stakeholders.

What you'll have

  • 7+ years of B2B technology marketing experience, ideally within AI infrastructure, data centers, cloud, compute, networking or enterprise technology.
  • Strong integrated marketing and brand experience, with a track record of personally delivering multi-channel campaigns and marketing assets.
  • Strong technical literacy and the ability to understand complex technology, work confidently with technical teams and translate technical concepts into effective customer-facing communications.
  • Experience producing high-quality digital, technical and commercial content across web, social, sales, partner and marketing channels.
  • Strong experience using AI-enabled marketing tools to improve content creation, asset production and marketing workflows.
  • Website and CMS experience, ideally including WordPress and/or Webflow.
  • Experience managing multiple brands, businesses or product lines and maintaining consistency across different audiences and markets.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, polished and compelling content for technical and business audiences.
  • A proactive, resourceful and hands-on approach, with evidence of personally creating and delivering work rather than solely managing external agencies.
  • Experience working across international markets, ideally including Europe and the US.

What will set you apart

  • Experience within AI infrastructure, data centers, cloud, GPU, HPC or related enterprise technology.
  • Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment, where you’ve successfully managed multiple priorities and delivered with limited resources.
  • Experience with digital asset management (DAM) platforms and visual tools such as Canva, Adobe or Figma.
  • Experience developing executive thought leadership and profiling programs.
  • An established network of trusted creative, digital or specialist marketing partners.

What we offer

  • Attractive compensation package reflecting your expertise and experience.
  • A great work environment characterised by friendliness, international diversity, flexibility, and a hybrid-friendly approach.
  • You’ll be part of a fast-growing scale-up with a mission to make a positive impact, offering an exciting career evolution.
