Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert advice to internal stakeholders on a broad range of compliance and regulatory issues.
- Advise on data protection matters, including data breaches and subject access requests.

- Review and negotiate client terms in conjunction with Contract Lawyers.
- Support internal teams on compliance issues such as anti-bribery, share dealing, confidentiality, and outside interests.

- Deliver firm-wide training on compliance and professional conduct.
