Relay is reshaping goods movement in a fast-growing hybrid sort centre network. You will report to the Site Manager/Head of Site and run shifts, leading 50–100+ operatives to achieve high-volume, time-pressured sortation where minutes matter. You’ll own metrics, safety, and continuous improvement on the floor every shift.
You will build controls and processes, deploy teams, and drive changes such as robotics or new client onboarding within a dynamic, scaling operation.
