This is a fantastic opportunity to review the finance, governance, compliance and procurement of a dynamic private limited company, which is closely aligned to the economic goals of Oxfordshire County Council.
This is an initial 3 month contract to
- Review finance and governance arrangements
- Stabilise statutory and compliance responsibilities
- Review procurement activity and make recommendations for future activity
- Develop recommendations on structure, systems and resourcing
- Borrowing knowledge would be helpful
- Support transition planning through Local Government Reorganisation
- Prepare handover or extension plan
Salary up to £95k FTE DOE.
3-4 days/week (please note that our client currently operates a 30 hour week).
Remote working with some in-person meetings in Oxfordshire.
